Levil Technology Unveils the EDU RoboMill: The Future of CNC and Robotics Training in One Powerful System

Robotics & CNC Milling on One Machine

Oviedo, FL – May 12, 2025 – Levil Technology, a compact CNC manufacturer, proudly announces the launch of its latest breakthrough: the EDU RoboMill, an advanced hybrid platform combining FANUC robotics and FANUC CNC with a high-performance Levil spindle, offering the best of both worlds: robotic flexibility and CNC machining precision.

The EDU RoboMill is more than just an educational tool; it’s a multi-functional, industry-ready system engineered for both classroom learning and real-world manufacturing tasks. Built to meet the needs of modern technical education and industry 4.0 demands, this machine delivers robust functionality in a compact, easy-to-deploy footprint.

At the core of the EDU RoboMill is a FANUC 0i-MF Plus CNC control with a 15” screen, QWERTY MDI unit, and integrated safety operator panel. Users can choose between two high-performance spindle options: the NR3060-AQC, capable of 30,000 RPM (with an optional 60,000 RPM upgrade), or the LS-C30 spindle, offering 14,000 RPM and designed for use with heavier robots (10 kg payload or more).

The system is housed in a mobile, fully enclosed workstation (85” L x 31.5” W x 76.7” H), and requires only 220–240V single-phase power and 90 PSI air, making it both powerful and easy to integrate.

The EDU RoboMill supports a range of FANUC robot options including the LR-Mate 200iD series and the LR-10iA/10, and it accommodates an array of end-of-arm tooling — from CNC spindles and pneumatic/electrical grippers to suction cups, magnetic tools, and even 3D printing heads.

Its compatibility with FANUC’s Robot G-code function is a standout feature, allowing standard CNC G-code commands to control the robot’s X, Y, and Z movements. This enables robotic motion to be programmed just like a CNC machine, reducing learning curves and boosting integration potential for both students and experienced operators.

“The EDU RoboMill represents a game-changing step forward for institutions and manufacturers alike,” said Ricardo Leon, Sales & Marketing Manager at Levil Technology. “By integrating FANUC’s industrial robotics with our proven CNC systems, we’re offering a unique platform that not only trains students in future-ready skills but also serves as a fully capable industrial solution.”
