Teach robotic welding in any classroom.

The FANUC FANUC Fenceless ArcMate 50iD/7L CERT Cart offers students hands-on experience with industrial welding robotics in a safe, innovative design. By combining a FANUC fenceless 6-axis robot with a welding torch, students can program and simulate robotic welding in any classroom space. This mobile, compact unit fits through standard doors and operates on 110V power, making it ideal for educational environments where space and flexibility are critical. Plus, the robot qualifies for FANUC’s ArcTool program, giving schools access to ArcTool Operation & Programming, FANUC ROBOGUIDE simulation software, and instructor training – all as part of a gift-in-kind grant.

Basic Welding Robot Operations & Programming

Through the FANUC ArcTool CERT Program, students gain in-depth knowledge of welding robotics concepts and safety procedures. They will learn to operate and program an industrial-grade robot while mastering key skills such as:

  • Safely operate a robotic welding cell
  • Jog and program the robot using the teach pendant
  • Create, modify, and execute Arc Welding and Weave programs
  • Troubleshoot and recover from robotic faults
  • Backup and restore robot programs
  • Understand motion types, input/output signals, and branching instructions

Upon completion, learners will be eligible for industry-recognized certifications in robot operations and programming, offering valuable credentials for future careers.

This CERT cart comes with a set of instructor manuals such as FANUC Robot Operations, FANUC ArcTool Operation &Programming, and FANUC ROBOGUIDE Simulation software

Instructor Resources & Training

First-time CERT schools will receive one instructor training as part of the ArcTool gift-in-kind package. Additional instructors can attend FANUC’s world-class robotic training sessions at a number of sites across the Midwest.

You will also receive instructor manuals, including:

  • (1) FANUC Robot Operations
  • (1) FANUC Act Tool Operation & Programming
