Steering and Suspension System Trainer

Build practical steering and suspension service skills using real automotive components in a dedicated hands-on training system. The Steering and Suspension System Trainer (764-01) gives students experience inspecting, removing, replacing, and servicing rack-and-pinion steering, power steering, MacPherson struts, coil springs, and suspension components.

- +

The Steering and Suspension System Trainer (764-01) from LJ Create provides a working light-vehicle steering and suspension system for group or whole-class instruction. Real automotive components are mounted on a movable steel frame where students can clearly identify, inspect, and work with the individual parts of the system.

The trainer incorporates front-wheel assemblies, MacPherson strut and coil-spring assemblies, road wheels, and a power-steering rack. Students progress from identifying steering and suspension components to practical inspection, disassembly, adjustment, removal, replacement, and reassembly procedures using automotive workshop tools.

Features

  • Real steering and suspension components provide authentic automotive service experience.
  • Rack-and-pinion steering system supports disassembly, inspection, servicing, and replacement activities.
  • Power steering components provide practice with fluid, pumps, seals, belts, and leakage diagnosis.
  • MacPherson strut and coil spring assemblies introduce common light-vehicle suspension technology.
  • Front wheel assemblies provide practical access to suspension and steering components.
  • Serviceable suspension components support removal, inspection, adjustment, and replacement exercises.
  • Movable steel frame keeps components accessible for individual, group, or classroom demonstrations.
