Diesel Exhaust Aftertreatment Demonstrator

The Diesel Exhaust Aftertreatment Demonstrator (MEGART10630) visually demonstrates exhaust gas flow and emissions control using sectioned catalysts, filters, and dosing components.

The Diesel Exhaust Aftertreatment Demonstrator (MEGART10630) is designed to illustrate the operation of diesel emissions control systems through a carefully sectioned and professionally painted display platform. The system includes catalysts, diesel particulate filters (DPF), SCR components, dosing valves, and sensors to demonstrate exhaust gas treatment pathways.

Colored LED lighting highlights exhaust gas movement, helping students visualize flow direction and component interaction. The portable, small-footprint design makes it suitable for classroom instruction and lab environments.

Both DPF and SCR model configurations are available, allowing instructors to tailor instruction to different diesel emissions standards and regulatory requirements.
