This compact, space-saving trainer provides practical, focused instruction on the principles and servicing methods of modern power-boosted hydraulic braking systems. The fully functional disc and drum hydraulic braking system includes OEM hydraulic components, an OEM power brake booster, ABS components with functional hydraulic plumbing, and an ABS wheel sensor with tone ring
Integrated hydraulic pressure and vacuum gauges allow students to measure and analyze brake system performance in real time. Students can perform routine brake service procedures, including master cylinder service, brake pad and shoe replacement, caliper and wheel cylinder service, brake hose and line service, and power booster diagnostics .The adjustable strut allows for camber and caster adjustments within a McPherson-style configuration, and the de-stressed spring design enhances safety during instruction.
