The Front Suspension / Steering / Brake / Tire Program (w/Power Steering) (MEG-670GPS) is designed to deliver comprehensive, hands-on instruction across key chassis systems, including suspension, steering, braking, and tire service. Built around a complete McPherson strut assembly, this trainer allows students to analyze component relationships and perform real-world service procedures in a controlled lab environment.
The heavy-duty steel frame is equipped with absorption pads and pneumatic lifts that simulate road conditions and dynamic suspension movement. These features allow learners to observe suspension response under load while practicing inspection, adjustment, and service procedures. The system is positioned at an accessible “bench level” working height, supporting safe and ergonomic instruction.
With over 30 competency-based modules included, this program supports structured skill development across alignment, steering geometry, brake service, tire inspection, and power steering operation. Tires are included to expand training opportunities related to rotation, inspection, and service.
