Two Wheel ABS Trainer

The Two Wheel ABS Trainer (MEGABS2) demonstrates the operation and diagnostics of a two-wheel anti-lock braking system using OEM rear-wheel ABS components and integrated fault insertion.

The Two Wheel ABS Trainer (MEGABS2) is designed to demonstrate the structure and operation of a two-wheel anti-lock braking system commonly used in truck and tractor applications. This trainer uses an actual rear wheel ABS system based on GM components, providing students with exposure to OEM-style architecture and functionality.

The system includes installed air pressure gauges that allow learners to observe braking system behavior and monitor pressure changes during ABS operation. Fault insertion capability enables instructors to introduce system malfunctions, requiring students to perform structured diagnostic procedures and corrective actions.
