The Wheel Alignment Training Stand (MEG-MSVAZ1) is designed to teach students the principles of automotive wheel alignment and suspension geometry using realistic front and rear suspension systems. The stand features a McPherson-type front suspension and a multi-link rear suspension, allowing learners to analyze and adjust alignment angles commonly encountered in modern vehicles. The front suspension includes eight adjustment points for camber, steering axis inclination (SAI), caster angles, toe, and automobile base.
The rear multi-link suspension provides three adjustment points for toe angles, camber angles, and wheelbase adjustment. These adjustable configurations allow students to observe how changes in suspension geometry affect vehicle handling and alignment measurements. Additional functional elements include hydraulic brakes on the front axle and locking bolts for securing the rear axle wheels during instruction. The training stand can be folded for convenient storage, making it suitable for classroom and lab environments where space efficiency is important.
